- i also didn't list background prices for the same reason; extra fees may vary case by case but generally i dont specialize in detailed backgrounds
Terms of Service
GENERAL
1. The artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed prior. (Vtuber models and emotes are exempt from this)
2. Any commission made by me will be posted on my socials unless specified otherwise3. If you decide to edit anything about the piece, I will allow it as long as I am still credited as the original artist4. I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. I do not have to provide a reason why, but I will give notice.5. I will refund you the total amount paid if I no longer wish/am unable to work on your commission for any reason.6. The art I create for you cannot be used for training an AI. Breaking this will result in blacklisting from me and possibly other artists.
PAYMENT
7. Payments will be made through Venmo and in USD.8. Payments will be made in halves, one half paid up front and the rest paid once the commission is finished9. I do not accept refunds unless a reason is issued. I would prefer if you talked to me first about any issues before requesting one!10. Backing out on a commission will not result in any issues or hard feelings as long as you communicate with me!11. I will initiate the transaction to avoid issues. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission!
